Effective Lifecycle • From January 2026
Welcome to the Recordix Ecosystem. By deploying our enterprise services, you enter into a binding technological agreement with Recordix Hub.
01. Operational Scope
Recordix facilitates a cloud-native SaaS infrastructure designed for scalable merchant management. Our platform provides the digital framework for transactional integrity, expense mitigation, and fiscal intelligence reporting.
02. Enterprise Responsibilities
- Credential Integrity: Users maintain exclusive liability for the technical sovereignty and confidentiality of their authentication tokens.
- Data Precision: You are mandated to provide authentic corporate and operational intelligence during the onboarding lifecycle.
- Authorized Use: Deploying the infrastructure for illicit fiscal activities or unauthorized data mining is strictly prohibited.
03. Fiscal Subscription
Deployment of our premium modules operates on a subscription lifecycle. All fiscal transfers are processed via encrypted gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, representing the allocation of cloud resources to your instance.
04. Indemnification
Recordix Hub shall not be held liable for commercial deficits, data corruption, or collateral financial damages arising from the utilization of our software. We provide our technological suite on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
