Evaluation Period
We provide a comprehensive trial window. We strongly mandate all enterprise users to evaluate the system architecture during this period to ensure compatibility with their operational requirements prior to capital commitment.
Subscription Finality
Recordix operates on a resource-allocation model. Upon successful subscription activation, transactions are considered final, representing the deployment of cloud infrastructure to your account.

- Redundant transactions caused by technical latency.
- Authorized capital capture without account activation.
- Discrepancies arising from verified system glitches.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Dissatisfaction following post-trial deployment.
- Partial utilization of the subscription lifecycle.
- Failure to access the terminal during the active term.
02. Transmission Process
Refund requests must be formally filed via support channels within 7 fiscal days of the transaction. Verified returns are processed to the original source (via Verified Payment Gateways) within 5–7 business days.
